The intensive needs team at Nikiski North Star Elementary meets each month to plan for the success of one of their students with very intensive needs. The product of these meetings includes detailed notes including celebrations of the student, what was discussed, decisions made, and next steps. These meetings also include the student’s parent as an equal member of the learning and planning team!
